OUR COMPANY
At Stonegate Design Build Inc., residential design and construction is our passion. Founded in 2010 by owners Matt and Nadine Deweert, Stonegate is a client focused custom design build company that takes pride in the fact that we have never built the same home twice. We believe that every home we build should reflect our clients’ personal taste and suit their individual lifestyle. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or considering a luxury home, we will strive to provide an enjoyable, stress free building experience.
OUR TEAM
We are a knowledgeable, close knit, and skilled team of designers, construction managers, and craftsmen who are committed to a high level of customer care, and to building homes of uncompromising quality and beauty. Each one of our team members is involved in our projects from beginning to completion. We are often on our job sites multiple times daily to ensure that every design and construction detail is attended to. We have also teamed with the best trades and suppliers in our area who share our values.
IN-HOUSE DESIGN
One of the biggest challenges in building a new home is effective cooperation between the architectural designer, interior designer, builder, and client. Very often the architectural and interior designers are subcontracted, and only involved for a short portion of the building process. For this reason input from each can be incohesive with the overall project vision and budget. Whether it be differing aesthetic goals or product selections that do not work within the construction budget, this results in a compromised finished product. For this reason, we make a point to communicate thoroughly during the build process with your designer if you have had plans designed before coming to us. If you do not yet have architectural plans completed, our in-house architectural and interior designers would be happy to work with you. They are excellent listeners who are dedicated to helping you see your dream home become a reality. This collaboration between design team, construction managers, and client results in a diverse range of architectural styles as seen in our gallery. Each new home is unique, time honored, thoroughly detailed and exquisite, a reflection of each client’s individuality. Some of our design work is hand drawn, it’s artistic and exciting. We also embrace the latest in computer aided design which allows us to help you in defining and communicating your vision. Whether it be an exterior roof line or a custom designed interior molding profile, we are there to assist you with every design decision.
